The 2023 Delta Arts Festival set new records for attendance and artist participation, cementing Newport's reputation as a growing arts destination in the Arkansas Delta region. Over 75 artists and 5 music acts participated in the two-day celebration.

New this year were interactive art installations, a children's art tent, and an arts marketplace featuring works from local and regional artisans.
